Who I am

I've been in the industry for about 8 years. I've learned how to gain and lose weight, how to maintain and improve my mobility, how to get stronger. I've also learned how to teach it to others on their own journey to better themself. I know what is important and what to avoid, based on your own goals and fitness levels.

I am a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, specializing in resistance  training and conditioning. I have a great understanding of joint mobility and stability. As a professional chef, I can teach you how to cook, prepare and store your food, the most efficient way, so you don't spend all your willpower in the kitchen. I will create an exercise and meal plan to fit your goals and dietary requirements.
